We have created two comfortable ‘homes away from home’ in central locations; appealing to guests looking for an experience outside of a normal hotel stay.

Ideally suited to stays from 3 days to 3 months. We will consider longer periods on request, and if available.

Stays of one or two nights are also possible but a small additional cleaning charge may be applicable.

We have filled each home with all of the comforts you would expect. Both homes freshly renovated, spacious, clean and furnished to a high standard. All our linen and towels are professionally laundered and the homes are meticulously cleaned after each visit.

Bathrooms are spacious and contain quality soaps, shampoos and conditioner.

Maison Accommodation has welcomed new arrivals from all over the world. People coming to Palmerston North for work or to begin a new life here have come from South Africa, Italy, America and the UK. 

All these couples and families need support and a welcoming host that has time to show them the city and give practical advice on how to sort the basic requirements of setting up life in our city. Many of our guests have become good friends.

Our properties have everything you need to be comfortable whilst you await you own possessions arrival.

We have honest and unbiased recommendations for all the little details that often get missed by the relocation companies.

A comprehensive welcome pack is there to help you settle in.

We are happy to give as much advice as is needed; we can help guide you with:

  • Accommodation; permanent rental or purchasing 
  • Setting up Banking, IRD numbers, Kiwi phone cards 
  • Transport, either public, rental or we can take you to reputable car dealers to purchase 
  • Tour of the city, schools, shops, restaurants.

We pride ourselves on treating our guests as we would be impressed to be treated in a strange city.

A deposit on your booking may be requested depending on the length of stay and how far in advance the requested booking dates are. Once you submit your booking request we will confirm these details with you.

Cleaning and laundry changes are done weekly on long term stays. You can request more regular servicing if required for an additional fee of $50 per service.

Payments accepted by Direct Bank Deposit. We will provide with all the details once your reservation is confirmed.

Unfortunately we cannot allow pets in either of our properties.
