ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

Do you require a deposit?
A deposit on your booking may be requested depending on the length of stay and how far in advance the requested booking dates are. Once you submit your booking request we will confirm these details with you
What payments do you accept?
Payments accepted via Bank Deposit. Bank details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
How often do you service the home?
Cleaning and laundry changes are done weekly on long term stays. You can request more regular servicing if required for an additional fee of $50 per service.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets in either of our properties.
Are your homes wheelchair accessible??
Both our homes have flight of stairs stairs to bedrooms. The Penthouse has two bedrooms downstairs, with 2 steps up to the apartment level from the lift.
