Garden Cottage – Easy walk to CBD

This beautiful 1930’s cottage is located in a peaceful garden setting within private grounds. This bright and sunny home away from home has been beautifully furnished and decorated to a very high standard.

Spread over two levels our 3 bedroom Garden Cottage is 150sqm with a large comfortable lounge room and formal dining room featuring polished floorboards and internal french doors and access to a lovely outside deck area. There are 2 large bedrooms (1 King + 1 Queen) plus a small single room (also containing a desk and an iMac for guest use). There is an oversized well appointed bathroom upstairs plus a separate toilet downstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a lovely little breakfast bar. The washing machine is tucked away in a handy cupboard. There is also a treadmill available to keep up the exercise.

Access is via remote controlled security gates, with security lighting, to offstreet parking for up to 2 cars. Additional parking on the street.

Everything is included! The Garden Cottage is perfect for short term transfers, holiday stays or relocation needs. Would also suit as a venue for meetings or private small gatherings.

Offstreet Parking

Off street parking (up to 2 cars) via remote controlled security gates, right next to the cottage. Street parking also available.
